  7. Thanks so much for selecting Voices from the Learning Revolution as a finalist in the Group Blog category. We’re in very good company on this impressive roster of collaborative blogging. I’m truly privileged to serve as the blog’s editor/curator. I can’t think of another group blog in education that features quite the variety of contributors we have — public and private educators, teachers, principals and instructional leaders, district administrators.

    In general, VFLR writers explore what it means to teach the “whole student” in a 21st century context. Topics like inquiry learning, technology integration, project, problem and passion-based instructional strategies, and connected learning on a global scale for both students and educators are common themes.   8. Teaching Blog Addict is less than a year old and already has an Alexa rating of less than 70K! For those in the blogging world, you know this is huge! I know TBA’s success is due to their quality authors. TBA has nearly 100 teacher bloggers that contribue to the site. Not only do they blog about great web finds and tech tools, they also share their practice, materials, and support for eachother. This is a free site filled with fantastic finds for any teacher. The blog contributors are so gracious of their time and products they create. One stop to their site, and you’ll see why it’s called ‘addicting.’

    Teaching Blog Addict is very deserving of this award for best group blog. I hope you consider casting your vote to support fellow teachers. Please check out their site as it is updated multiple times a day and always has something great for everyone.
