I'm going to add <a target="_blank" href="http://beewebhead.blogspot.com/">Bee-coming a Webhead</a> to those good nominations made before; in particular for <a target="_blank" href="http://beewebhead.blogspot.com/2004/08/presentation_29.html">this initiative</a>.
